EuroFUE-UJI will be the host of the third Transnational Meeting between partners of the E-STEAM european Project. This third meeting will take place next 25th and 26th of September in the FUE-UJI offices at the University Campus, where the last details of the programme for these journeys are being set.
The amount of six international organisations will meet in Castelló in order to work together in the next steps that the Project should take with the aim of contributing to the equality between men and women in the STEM areas. The E-STEAM project is led by the Silves School Group (Portugal) and is composed of five other partners, including First Private School Leonardo da Vinci Ltd of Bulgaria, Dimitrie Cantemir University (DCU) of Romania, Institute of entrepreneurship development IED of Greece, the Professional Foundation of Romania and the Jaume I-Empresa University Foundation of Spain, who has been chosen as coordinator and organizer of this meeting.
The E-STEAM consortium will meet in Castelló with the project reaching its equator. Therefore, this meeting will serve to take stock of the actions carried out to date and carry out the necessary modifications to improve the final results.
The EuroFUE-UJI with the collaboration of the Jaume I University, through the vice-rectors for equality, transfer and students have scheduled an inter-sessional work presentation of the UJI equality framework program, Framework Program UJI-Lamarr, for the partners of the European E-STEAM project. Therefore, the Vice Chancellor for Linguistic Promotion and Equality of the UJI, Pilar Safont, will present this program internationally, designed to create scientific vocations and promote both innovation and entrepreneurship in women, areas that are very present throughout the development of the E-STEAM European project.
