The Erasmus+ CIA project, coordinated by FUE-UJI, will improve the skills and employability of youth with fewer opportunities by creating Local Intergenerational Civic Councils. Based on the exchange of knowledge and experiences, CIA will promote the development of the personal and professional skills of young people. To this end, the project will develop the following Intellectual Outputs: IO1 Operational Manual for the operation of Intergenerational Civic Councils and writing of a Training Module based on the development of specific skills for CIA participants, IO2 Practical guide for facilitators and interlocutors of CIA and IO3 Collaborative platform for the promotion of Intergenerational Civic Councils. In addition, the project will also carry out a three-day transnational training activity for interlocutors and facilitators of the CIA
