The FUE-UJI, through its European and International Projects Office, the EuroFUE-UJI and Seimed organize on September 26 at the Universitat Jaume I-Company Foundation the 'INFODAY H2020 on SME Instrument +FTI+FET Open'. This action is part of the Strategy of the Generalitat Valenciana for R&D&I Coordination, which aims to increase and improve the participation of agents from the Valencian Community who participate in
the European Horizon 2020 Programme.
The day will be chaired by Jesús Lancis, Vice-Rector for Research and Transfer of the UJI and Julia Company, General Director of IVACE. This is an event of great interest to SMEs with the aim of publicizing and at the same time delving into the news for 2018-2020 about the H2020 SME Instrument, a subprogram that to date has benefited more than 90 entities of the Valencian Community, mostly SMEs and Startups.
The Fast Track to Innovation and FET Open programs will also be presented, which together with the SME Instrument, form the "European Innovation Council" pilot program. The EIC supports innovators, entrepreneurs, small companies and scientists with bright ideas and the ambition to grow internationally. Provides financing, advice and networking opportunities to projects with cutting-edge innovations. The objective of the agenda is to disseminate the new pilot of the European Innovation Council (EIC) and its calls for aid for 2018-2020: SME Instrument, Fast Track, FETOpen and Prizes.
Aimed at SMEs, clusters, consultancies, or all those entities with managerial or technical responsibilities in R&D&I, and in general at innovation agents in the Valencian Community.
At the end of the day, a workshop will be held to review projects in the proposal phase for the next open calls. Those interested in participating in the workshop must request it in advance through the following email: seimed@redit.es.
